Our breakfast buffet

Served from 7:30 am to 10:00 am on weekdays, and from 8:00 am to 10:30 am on weekends and public holidays, breakfast at La Maison du Lierre offers you the perfect way to start your day. Enjoy breakfast in the dining room, on the terrace, or in the garden for €16.90, or in your room with a reservation made the day before, for an additional €2 per person. Discover our buffet featuring high-quality, local, homemade, and/or organic products. The breakfast items reflect our values and are sourced primarily from local producers, supporting short supply chains. Every morning, you'll find: Freshly squeezed orange juice from the Orangerie and a local, artisanal juice of the day from the Pressoir du Pays Basque. Coffee, tea, and herbal teas from Maison Café Richard. Our herb garden offers lemon verbena, sage, and mint for your herbal teas.

Many products from Basque farms: Farm-raised ham from the Aldudes Valley by Pierre Oteiza, sheep's cheese from the Ollotenia farm, goat's cheese from Garralda, organic and artisanal yogurts from the Idiatia Etxaldea farm, and fresh soft-boiled eggs from the Beroy farm.

For something sweet, enjoy the mini pastries from Maison Préteux, jams made in a cauldron by Ariane Oeyregave, apple compote, a basket of fresh fruit from L’Orangerie, and an assortment of cereals and dried fruit.
